That would be a wonderful thing but it is not possible. Once the egg has fertilized it embeds into the uterine lining and cannot be moved. If an embryo (fertilized egg) was created in a lab via IVF then the embryo and be transferred to a surrogate.
I don't think that can be done yet. In cases where a fertilized egg is used by a surrogate the eggs are fertilized in a lab and then implanted only to the surrogate.
In most unwanted pregnancy cases the pregnancy isn't even discovered until the embryo is well under way on the path of development before it is even discovered so it's not really a viable way to circumvent abortions.
In my opinion the best way to prevent abortions of unwanted pregnancies would be to appeal to young women on a charitable level to complete pregnancies so couples who desperately want children can adopt them.Is it possible to transplant a fertilized egg to surrogate mother?
i think it may be possible in the future but at this point i don't think it's possible to remove an egg that has been fertilized and implanted in one uterus to another without damaging it.
not possible, the pregnancy would not survive the transplant.
