i really really really really want to be a surrogate mum!

like i'm so passionate about it, i just really want to help other families who can't have their own children.





how do i get into it? i'm only 16 LOL....obviously i wont start now, but how do i get into it?Surrogate mothers question?
You need to be at least 21 in the United States; I cannot imagine it to be too much younger in the UK. You also need to have given birth to at least one child of your own to qualify.



After that, probably the easiest thing in your country would be to work with one of the agencies there.Surrogate mothers question?
I looked into it in the states once, and there are companies here that can do that. i live in the country and my nearest center was 2 states over. they have pre reqs. you have to have already had minimum 1 full term pregnancy. they want to make sure you can carry a baby first. then they write up a contract with you and the actual parents. its very controversial though, because a lot of times the surrogate mother becomes attached and wants to keep the baby. and in one case, the surrogate was carrying twins and the parents only wanted 1 baby so the mum was stuck with the other even though she didnt want it.



if you really want to, first you have to have your own baby.
