Should surrogate motherhood be either banned or regulated by law?

I currently doing a research paper on Surrogate Mothers, and I wanted to conduct a survey on what people think about surrogate mothers. Please feel free to answer this question honestly.Should surrogate motherhood be either banned or regulated by law?
It should be regulated to the extent that all involved parties are clear on who gets the kid in the end. But I'm pretty sure there's already a law for that.
Regulated.But Regulated wisely.

Even though the Surrogate mothers do indeed carry the baby

The female, who couldn't have the child. Donates her eggs.

Which are carefully taken out of the ovaries. And put into the

surrogate mother, with the mans semen.Should surrogate motherhood be either banned or regulated by law?
Regulated. Intensely.

In the US some states have banned it and some have precise regulations. If you want to know what happened when it was thought of a just another type of contract look up Baby M. It was the biggest mess.

In some countries by law the surrogate mother is deemed mother of the child. Huge problem there!

It should be regulated by law so no party can "cheat".

But no. I do not think it should be banned anywhere.
It's already regulated, dont see any issues with it...not like both parties dont know what they are getting into when they sign the contract.
It should be a little more fine tuned, because too many of them are changing their minds when the baby or babies come.
