There are various agencies nationwide who all have different requirements and fees. I have been signed up as an egg donor since Oct 2008. Surrogates arent typically paid a specific amount per say but rather you sign an agreement that you will provide all medical coverage, travel expenses, food, etc, etc, etc, for their services. It does usually start aroun $10k and goes up. Google "egg donor" or "surrogate" and you will find many sites you can sign up with or get more info from.
10,000 to 100,000 PLUS medical bills and usually living expenses for that 9 months.
