A minefield of problems here in trying to separate the good from the bad and the legal from the illegal. Lots of clinics in the former soviet block such as the Ukraine were/are offering services, but the legal status appears to be dubious and their laws are changing to try and regulate/outlaw it.



Also complicated by whether you want donor egg or if you are using your own egg/partners sperm.



Ideally try and find a friend or relative who can act as surrogate and of course avoid any talk of direct payment. Crazy world when governments pay soldiers to kill people but consider it a crime to pay a woman to help you create a family!
