Second because it requires the mortal sin of donor sperm, including that of even the husband, a vile confessible sin against the Sixth Commandment.

Catholics who wish to observe the Law of Christ better get their hat on straight. Nothing will abrogate these Commands of God.

Yes we do. Jews are not allowed to use surrogate mothers. We're also not allowed to use the semen from other men other than the husband to produce children. So, if we do IVF or fertility treatments, donor sperm is not allowed.
