I have no issue with it. I believe that God made people to do amazing things...blessing someone with a child is a great thing. He made someone to have this solution, and it seems like a great a loving thing to do. SO I am fine with it.What do religous people think about surrogate mothers?
mothers?
No problem with them. Of course, it'd really be better if a child wanting childless couple adopted, but it's fine if they chose to have a surrogate mother. What do religous people think about surrogate mothers?
Interesting question.
I have no idea! Thats a good question! I want to know that answer too.
I believe there is nothing wrong with them. Than again I am not religious I am spiritual.
I think it is understandable that couples who can not produce a child of their own would want to use a surrogate to accomplish that, but I think it is wrong to do so. A child is not a right that a couple has, a child is a gift and an obligation. If people want a child, but they can not produce a new human being, I think they should rescue a child who is in need. There are many people who need to be adopted, and I think that is where people who use a surrogate mother should turn to address their desires to become parents.
I am Roman Catholic.
Peace be with you.
Not a problem. Abraham had one. They're in the Bible and not spoken poorly of, just a little jealousy here and there.
It's when you start doing artificial insemination and creating octomoms that we have a problem. There is a lot of grey area. We should be more careful.
