John Chapter 5

44. How can ye believe, which receive honour one of another, and seek not the honour that [cometh] from God only?
I believe the first world was punished by the Flood of Noah for doing such. Polluting the bloodline was not acceptable to God. The fallen angels took human women and their offspring were men of renown or giants and at their death came the demonic spirits in the world today. The spirit of the angel did not die. There are too many orphan children needing parents for surrogate mothers to be used by the sperm of the father to produce a blood child for the father. The woman wanting the child who cannot have children should adopt an orphan and forget the pride of wanting a baby for themselves.
I believe God wants these women to adopt a child that has lost their mother.
What relates to your idea in Scripture is Sarah giving Abraham her bond slave Hagar. Hagar hated Sarah after she became pregnant with Abraham's child. And when Sarah finally had Isaac which God had promised and Sarah and Abraham didn't wait on God, then Sarah was afraid that Ishmael would harm Isaac and she sent Hagar and Ishmael away and God agreed with this decision.
If it is not God's way, then man's way is wrong. God didn't leave anything to which Scripture cannot relate to.
The surrogate mother and the father's wife will not get along. Women do not have children and give them away without guilt feelings. It is not the way of God.Christians, what are you're thoughts on surrogate mothers?
The bible does not talk about the stuff that in humanity we face today but ya it was written a thousand years ago duh. But what it does talk about is that things don't always work the way you want yet you can still achieve what you desire in the end. So having to use a surrogate probably was not your original plan to have a child but you having a child is the big picture.
You are quickly discovering that the Bible does not offer answers for all of life's great questions. Not very fitting of "God's Word," would you say?
The Bible doesn't talk about global warming, nuclear proliferation, or cloning, either. And, strangely enough, there is not one mention of civil rights or freedom anywhere in it. Go figure.
I think it's a good way to have a kid if you're not able but it seems the surrogate seems to get attached to the child so it's hard.
When science isn't hindered by religion it can bring love and happiness to so many and the lives it saves makes you wonder if some of them should be saved.
do you remember Baby M?? the surrogate should be blood related. Otherwise it shouldnt be allowed.
They make a lot of trouble.
Read about Sarah and Abraham, and the surrogate, Hagar.
Hope that helps.
