Should surrogate mothers have visitation rights ?

Im doing a paper on surrogate mothers and if they should have visitation rights. After brainstorming for about 30 minutes I cant decide on one decision.Should surrogate mothers have visitation rights ?
Depends on the agreement with the adoptive parents.

Pros: A child will know who carried him/her for 9 months.

Cons: Does anyone really want the surrogate mother really coming in and out of the child's life? I think it can be healthy for all parties but some mothers may want the child back. Huge problem. All surrogates aren't biological mothers to a child (could be the egg of the adoptive mother and sperm of the adoptive father).

For me, no, I wouldn't want a surrogate mother to have visitation rights.
I think that as a even as the parents it's not there call, the count should stick to the inrestes of the child.

Should surrogate mothers have visitation rights ?
There was actually a case about that a few years ago. The link is below. Personally, I say not unless it's written into the surrogate contract at the beginning and everyone is on board. Surrogates should think about what they are doing before they get into the arrangement.

Wow, I think that that should be something that should be decided between the 2 mothers prior to conception. I do not think doctors should be allowed to implant a fetus for a woman to carry, for another woman to raise unless that decision is made, and agreed upon, in writing beforehand.
this woman had the child. bore the child. what does the contract say? There are a million ways in and out of this question legally. Hell, my friends husband could take the kids away legally and she bore them vaginally from sperm. But with a surrogate atmosphere we have more channels to have to face. Should real parents be allowed to inter their own family home? Do not dismiss the inevitable - this forcefulness made him scared and he bolted. You are nice and fancy while he hurts.
