Even though you said you want you future husband to "get her pregnant", you will still have to use a fertility clinic for the artificial insemination. No court in the country will uphold a surrogacy agreement without proof that the baby was created artificially and not naturally. If your husband gets her pregnant "the old fashioned way", then it would not be a surrogacy, it would be a forfeiture of parental rights and an adoption.

I was told I'll never get pregnant, but now I have a 2 year old baby boy. sorry, but I don't think your additional detail is a good idea, you can start worrying about that when your going to get married
