Is being a surrogate mother legal in canada?

I was wondering if being a surrogate mother is legal in canada? well I know it's legal buttt..im not sure if your allowed to get payed for doing it.

Like is it legal to get payed or to just do it out of the goodness of your heart?Is being a surrogate mother legal in canada?
I am not aware of any State in United states or any Providence in Canada that has a law stating they can control what you can and cannot do with your body. If you want to be a surrogate so be it.. If you want to get payed for your Time it would have to be a private Undisclosed matter between you and the family. Unless you being paid to do an Illegal Act such as prostitution that would be breaking the law... In this case If your Trying to get paid I would strongly advise drawing up a Contract. With specific details on what you want etc and what they get for it.
