i think they should, there are some ladies that cant carry a child for wateva medical reason and they want their own child, so the only chance they have is to have a surrogate carry their child..i know in australia its illegal and coouples go to india etc and pay a lady thousands and thousand for her to carry the child..it should defenately b regulated by law and it should b made legal..every couple should have a chance of having their OWN kids even if someone else has to carry their child

Should surrogate mothers be regulated by law?
Just wanting to know what people think on this question. I know it's similar to another posted on here but I was wondering if there might be other people who would like to answer this.Should surrogate mothers be regulated by law?
