Does Medicaid cover surrogate mothers?

My guy and are saving money to pay a surrogate mother to carry our child for us. Unfortunately, surrogates are rather costly. I am trying to figure out if Medicaid would help cover some of the medical costs for a surrogate mother, such as doctor bills.Does Medicaid cover surrogate mothers?

Nope, sorry but it will not. The only way it would is if you do home inseminations. Meaning you have you husband fill and cup and use a syringe of some type to impregnate the surrogate. Then she could get on Medicaid for her pregnancy. But she would have to list your man as the father...plus his income and such.Does Medicaid cover surrogate mothers?
No. In fact, if Medicaid finds out that there is a surrogacy arrangement at any time, even if paid for by the intended parents, the surrogate will be permanently cut off Medicaid with no ability to ever get it in the future. ALL costs are yours.
