im doing a health essay and i was wondering if anyone here knew how many women are surrogate mothers in the us? if not then maybe if there was a number out of a hundred then that would work too. Please! i cant find anything on the internet.What is the percentage of surrogate mothers in the US?
well first of all, out of 100 im sure u would be looking at less than 1. i am going for my gestational carrier screening soon and the agency told me that there was a waiting list that was more that one month of parents needing surrogates! your best bet would be contacting some of the bigger agencies and asking them because they would probably have the best statistics for u. hope that was a little helpful. the site i provided is the agency i will be working with, and they have been fairly knowledgeable so far
